SERC
SERC (Simulated Emergency Response Competition) tests four-person teams in a simulated multi-victim emergency. The scenario is unknown in advance: teams must identify the situation, assess it and rescue as many victims as possible within 2 minutes. Judges evaluate initiative, decision-making, first-aid knowledge and rescue technique.
